Our story
Born in a repair shop, built for repair shops
CRMSWEB started when our founders watched a family-run repair shop drown in paper jobsheets, missing parts and late invoices. The off-the-shelf tools were either too generic or built for someone else entirely.
So we built the system we wished they had — one platform that understands how a repair business actually runs, from the intake counter to the year-end books. Today it powers hundreds of shops across the country.
