Account information you provide when you sign up (name, business name, phone number, email). Business data you enter into the platform (customers, inventory, invoices, jobsheets). Usage data such as pages visited and features used, collected automatically to help us improve the product.

To provide and operate the Service, to send account and billing-related communications, to provide customer support, and to improve product features. We do not sell your personal data or your business data to third parties.
3. Sharing of information
We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not share your customer or business data with other CRMSaathi customers.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords for your account.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@crmsaathi.com. You can also export your business data from within the app.
8. Children's privacy
CRMSaathi is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
