CRMSaathi is an early-stage product. These Terms explain the rules for using our platform. If anything here is unclear, reach out — we're happy to walk through it.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CRMSaathi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
CRMSaathi is a cloud-based ERP/CRM platform for billing, inventory, staff and customer management, aimed at repair shops, pharmacies and schools. We may add, change or remove features at any time as the product evolves.
3. Free trial & subscriptions
New accounts may start with a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles and plan limits are shown on our Pricing pages at the time of purchase and may change with notice.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Your data
You own the business data you upload to CRMSaathi (customers, inventory, invoices, etc.). We access it only to operate, support and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other customers' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
7. Payments & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRMSaathi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. We work to keep the platform reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid after the applicable grace period. You may export your data before closing your account by contacting support.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
